GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in
A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival, along with a valid ID that matches the credit card presented.
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the entire amount of your stay, plus $50 per stay to cover incidentals.
All cards are authorized/charged 3-days prior to check-in

SMOKING POLICY

Sands Harbor Resort & Marina is a smoke-free environment. Please note that a minimum charge of $250+ will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms. This includes Hallways and Room Balcony.

Check-in is after 3 PM
Check-out ends at 11 AM

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

We ask that guests contact the hotel as far in advance as possible regarding early arrivals and late departures. Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

PET POLICIES

Pets are NOT allowed.
Service animals are allowed per Florida State Law with proper documentation

NO SHOW POLICY

Guest that no-show for their reservations prevents the hotel from selling the room. Therefore, reservations that no-show will be charged for the entire reservation.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Any special requests, including location, cannot be guaranteed and will be honored based on availability at check-in.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

By clicking submit to confirm reservation, guest agrees to the rate and room policies of this reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
If your reservation is a non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable booking; cancelation of your reservation will result in a full penalty of all night’s room and tax to your credit card
